have moderate to severe dry eye symptoms including red, itchy or gritty feeling eyes
have been diagnosed with graft-verses-host disease.

have an active eye infection.
have an active eye condition that requires topical medication during the 4-week study.
have a history of severe allergies including seasonal conjunctivitis.
had cancer within the last 5 years.
am pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to become pregnant during the 4-week study.
